The deadline to send Remaining Virtual Booth Materials is Monday 27-Sep.
If you would like to use a Virtual Booth from a previous ADC or Hanson Wade meeting, please let your Event Manager know.
If you have a Speaking Slot as part of your contract, please send the following ASAP or by Monday 27-Sep at the very latest.
- Speaker Name, Job title, Email & Company
- Speaker Headshot
- Session Title & 2 Bullet Point Summary
- Speaker Presentation should be uploaded below by Monday 04-Oct.
If we do not have your speaking information it will not appear on the website or brochure.

The number of passes you are allocated is outlined in your contract. To register your passes, please send your event manager the following ASAP or by Friday 01-October at the latest.

- Headshot & LinkedIn Profile (If appearing on booth)
