Check-In Location

To check-in and receive your badge, please make your way to our registration kiosks by walking straight through the venue's lobby entrance and turning left at the swimming pool. Please follow the signs from here to the venue's Meeting and Events Space.

Please note, you must have the Hanson Wade App downloaded (details below) in order to check in. To print your badge, please be ready with your event app open on My Badge to scan at the kiosk.

Speaker Presentations & Feedback

Speaker presentations and post-event materials will be available after the close of the meeting, subject to speaker permission.

The day after the conference ends, you will receive a short survey to complete from customersupport@hansonwade.com. Once completed, you will be granted early access to the presentations from the event.
