Partner Portal

You will need to access the Exhibitor Order & Shipping portal below whether you are shipping through Alliance or bringing your materials by hand, to confirm your booth options.  

The conference venue will not accept any packages that are shipped directly, as all shipping must be done through Alliance.  

Please also note that Alliance is exclusively responsible for the exhibition room. Anything that is brought in by your team must be hand carried, as Alliance will charge standard handling fees for anything that is rolled into the room on a pallet, trolley or similar. These can be found on the portal.

Please review the portal thoroughly, as it includes:

• Key deadlines, which will have been outlined in the initial email from Bronny / Emma
• Exhibition order options, giving you the opportunity to standardise the custom booth package if you choose to
• Exhibition shipping instructions
• Exhibiton schedule, including breakdown and move in.

As a reminder your booth includes:

• 8' High Silver Backwall Drape,
• 3' High Silver Siderail Drape
• 1 x Silver 6’ draped table,
• 2 x side chairs, one wastebasket and standard identification sign
• 1 x 500-watt outlet
