Showcase Your Work
Taking place during the Main Conference Days, the Scientific Poster Session is your opportunity to showcase your latest research and get face-to-face time with attending audience of ADC experts, as well as finding out insights from ongoing ADC development by your peers. Posters will be displayed in the dedicated Poster Area and are reserved exclusively for biopharma drug developers, academics, clinicians, not-for-profit organisations and conference partners.

Please note that:
- We are accepting one poster per company.
- Posters will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we reach capacity, physical submissions will close.
- If spaces remain, the deadline for physical poster submissions is the week commencing September 21. Following this, we will accept digital poster submissions until Friday, October 2.
- Submitting a poster is at no additional charge for those eligible to present.
- Posters cannot be displayed for sales or marketing purposes; submissions of this nature will be rejected. All poster abstracts are subject to approval by the Program Director.
- The event organizers will contact you once your poster has been approved or declined.
