Aaron Chen

Aaron Chen is a Senior Director and the Head of Antibody Process Development at Immunome, where he leads end-to-end development activities spanning cell line, cell culture, and purification development to support clinical and commercial CMC readiness. His work focuses on developing robust, scalable manufacturing processes and advancing strategies for accelerated CMC development across Immunome’s ADC portfolio. Prior to Immunome, Aaron led the Cell Culture Process Development group at Seagen/Pfizer and held process development roles at Genentech and Irvine Scientific. He earned his PhD in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
