Alice Yam is Vice President of Early Development and Strategic Program Management at Sutro Biopharma, bringing over 20 years of biopharmaceutical R&D experience spanning protein engineering, platform innovation, and drug discovery. Her career includes progressive leadership roles at Sutro, reflecting deep expertise in engineered biologics, discovery workflows, and drug development. She began her career as a Research Fellow at Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics and holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.
