Christine Janson is Director of Translational Pharmacology at Exelixis, where she leads discovery and preclinical research of antibody–drug conjugates for oncology.
In her current role, she drives ADC strategy from discovery through IND, shaping pharmacology plans, efficacy studies, and data packages that inform critical program decisions. Christine brings deep expertise in bioconjugates, translational science, and immuno oncology, with a background spanning bispecific antibodies and novel payloads. Her work supports the advancement of differentiated ADC programs aimed at improving outcomes for patients with cancer.
