Hui Wei is Director, Head of Biologics Analytical Technical Integration at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she also serves as Chair of the Biologics Specification Committee. A sought after expert in biologics specifications, characterization, and structure–function relationships, Hui provides scientific leadership across analytical CMC strategy to enable robust, high quality biologics development. Her work focuses on defining analytical control strategies and applying deep analytical insight to support product understanding across the development lifecycle. Hui brings extensive experience in analytical sciences and a strong track record of cross functional leadership within BMS’s biologics portfolio.
