Jagath Junutula
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer Aarvik Therapeutics
Jagath Reddy Junutulais Co founder, President and CEO of Aarvik Therapeutics. He brings over 20 years of experience in oncology drug discovery and development and more than 30 years in life sciences research. Jagath earned his PhD from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and completed postdoctoral research at Stanford University.
Prior to founding Aarvik, he held roles at ModMab Therapeutics, Cellerant Therapeutics, and Genentech, where he contributed to multiple IND and IND ready programs. His work has focused on biologics, including ADCs, next generation ADC engineering, and bispecific T cell engaging antibodies. He was part of the R&D team behind Kadcyla and is an inventor of Polivy. Jagath also developed the THIOMAB platform for site specific ADCs and has authored over 60 publications and more than 300 patents.
