Katie George is a Process Development Engineer at Regeneron, where she supports the development and transfer of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes for Bioconjugation and Gene Therapies. Within Regeneron’s Product, Analytical and Process Development (PAPD) team, she leads cross functional efforts to scale and transfer new technologies to external manufacturing partners, ensuring robust, efficient processes from early development through production. Katie brings hands on experience in technology transfer, with a strong focus on enabling seamless collaboration across teams and accelerating biologics programs toward clinical readiness.
