Konstantin Piatkov

Associate Director, DMPK & Modeling Takeda Pharmaceutical

Konstantin Piatkov is a DMPK and Modeling Lead at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where he drives DMPK strategy for oncology and autoimmune therapies through translational science and quantitative approaches. In his current role, he integrates preclinical and clinical data to inform biomarker strategies, PK/PD modeling, and first-in-human dose selection for complex modalities, including ADCs and cell and gene therapies. Konstantin brings deep expertise in immuno-oncology, translational biomarkers, PK/PD modeling, and immunogenicity, supporting the translation of innovative therapeutics from discovery into the clinic.
