Michelle Zheng

Michelle Zheng is Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Zencore Biologics, bringing more than 30 years of global biopharmaceutical leadership across North America and Asia. She has held senior roles at Apotex, Pfizer, AbbVie, Omeros, Adello Bio, MabPlex, and Frontier Biotech, progressing from bench scientist to executive leadership, including COO positions. Dr. Zheng has extensive expertise in the development and lifecycle management of antibodies, ADCs, peptides, and small molecules, with deep knowledge of CMC strategy, global regulatory affairs, quality systems, technology transfer, and commercialization. She holds a Ph.D. in Plant Biochemistry from the University of Western Ontario and completed an NSERC/Industry Postdoctoral Fellowship in Canada.
