Saptarshi Ghosh

Saptarshi Ghosh is a Senior Scientist in Protein Therapeutics API Development at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, where he focuses on the process development and manufacture of ADCs. With expertise spanning bioconjugation, chemical biology, bioorthogonal chemistry, and downstream processing, he has led the development of novel bioconjugation strategies and supported programs from early development through technology transfer and manufacturing. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Ghosh held scientific leadership roles at Abzena, advancing ADC development and manufacturing, and contributed to PROTAC discovery research at LifeSensors. He holds a PhD in Chemical Biology and is passionate about translating innovative bioconjugation technologies into next-generation therapeutics.
