Sharsti Sandall
Head, ADC Discovery Pfizer
Sharsti Sandall, is an Executive Director in Pfizer’s Oncology Research group, where she leads the biology and advancement of the company’s ADC portfolio. A scientific leader with more than a decade of experience in oncology drug development (including at Seagen, now part of Pfizer), she has initiated and guided multiple clinical-stage ADC programs, focusing on optimizing target, linker, and payload selection. Sandall holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from UC San Diego and completed a Damon Runyon Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Salk Institute.
