Sheetal Panday

Associate Director - Quantitative Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics, Immuno Oncology Merck & Co

Sheetal Panday is a translational scientist and quantitative modeler at Merck, where she integrates mechanistic modeling with clinical pharmacology to bring clarity to complex decision making across ADC development programs. Her work focuses on PK/PD and QSP modeling to connect preclinical and clinical data, enabling rational dose selection, efficacy and safety prediction, and informed study design in oncology. Trained in biomedical engineering, Sheetal transitioned into quantitative modeling during her PhD, developing a strong foundation in translating complex biological systems into predictive frameworks. Prior to Merck, she held roles at organizations including Applied BioMath (now Certara) and Fractal Therapeutics, where she built deep expertise in model informed drug development. Through her work, Sheetal is building a consistent path toward applying quantitative and mechanistic insight to accelerate therapeutic development and enable better scientific and portfolio decisions in oncology.
