Shude Yan

Dr. Shude Yan is a biotechnology executive and drug discovery scientist with over 20 years of experience in biologics innovation. He currently serves as chief scientific officer at Hangzhou DAC Biotech, leading the development of next-generation dual-targeting, dual-payload ADC platforms.
Previously, Dr. Yan was CSO at Gensun Biopharma (Thousand Oaks, CA), where he developed a novel multi-specific T-cell engager platform and helped advancing multiple first-in-class molecules into clinical development. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Everest Medicines, Encodia (San Diego) and Hengrui Medicine, contributing to several biologics programs that progressed to late-stage clinical trials and major global partnerships (including B7H3 ADC HS-20093 & B7H4 ADCs HS-20089).
