Xue Liang is Senior Director of Discovery Portfolio & External Innovation at Duality Biologics, where she leads Discovery Portfolio strategy, external innovation and in-licensing evaluations across ADC, novel payloads, and next-generation modalities. Prior to DualityBio, Xue served as Head of Strategic Development at Jemincare R&D Center and Senior Scientist Merck. She earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania.
