Tony Chen
Founder & Chief Executive Officer Phrontline Biopharma
Tony Chen is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phrontline Biopharma, where he leads development of the company’s proprietary SynTume™ platform for next-generation bispecific, dual-payload antibody-drug conjugates. He brings over a decade of ADC drug development experience, including six years of ADC discovery at Regeneron, followed by a role as ADC Platform head at Innovent Biologics. Dr. Chen holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Brigham Young University and completed postdoctoral training at the MSKCC in New York. Under his leadership, Phrontline is advancing a pipeline — including TJ101 and TJ102 in clinical trials — designed to overcome treatment resistance and deliver more precisely targeted therapies for patients with cancer worldwide.
