Yuan Ren
Scientist Bristol Myers Squibb
Yuan Ren is a Principal Scientist in Chemical Process Development at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) in New Jersey. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut. In his current position, Yuan acts as the Analytical Lead and SME for both ADC and small molecule portfolios within Chemical Process Development (CPD). His work in the ADC field focuses on developing and implementing innovative analytical methods and technologies to enhance process understanding and accelerate the development of ADCs. Yuan is dedicated to advancing process efficiency and quality through automation and novel approaches, and he has played a key role in several cross-functional projects.
