Established in 2006, Shanghai Haoyuan ChemExpress Co. Ltd. is located in Shanghai, China, with MedChemExpress LLC as a major overseas branch in New Jersey, USA. We have five R&D centers and manufacturing facilities, including Shanghai R&D center, Anhui HP API R&D and GMP manufacturing center, Gansu Haotian pharmaceutical API manufacturing plant, Anhui FTE service center, and Shandong non-GMP intermediate manufacturing plant.
ChemExpress focuses on the CDMO service of small molecule drug intermediates and APIs. For ADC industry, we provide payloads, linkers, toxins of many kinds, including the related intermediates. Over 500 different linkers, toxins, and drug-linker products have been made available in-stock, including but not limited to the modified analogs of auristantins (MMAE, MMAF, MMAD), doxorubicin, tululysins, campathecins (Exatecan, SN38), maytansinoids (DM1, DM2, DM4), ascidiantin (Trabectedin) and halichondrin (Eribulin). Our CDMO service covers custom synthesis (FFS, FTE), process development, scaling-up (GMP and non-GMP), process validation, CMC management, DMF registration, and IND filing.
In collaboration with Remegen, ChemExpress developed the process for MC-Val-Cit-PAB-Auristatin E to support the successful development and approval of the new ADC drug Disitamab Vedotin (Aidexi™). Our proprietary syntheses based on a series of patents (CN06380508, 2015; CN107805274A, 2017; CN111470998, 2020) have enabled the most economic synthesis of MC-Val-Cit-PAB-PNP and related intermediates, Exatecan and intermediates, as well as a variety of other drug-linkers and intermediates in large quantity.
Chemexpress has strong R&D teams, QC /QA teams, and CMC teams.
