Dr. Paritosh Pande is an Associate Principal Scientist and technical lead in the Sterile Drug Product Commercialization group at Merck, West Point, PA, where he supports late-stage commercialization of biologics. He joined Merck in 2021 as an Associate Director to lead lyophilization platform technology for vaccine manufacturing and, since 2024, has focused on advancing ADC programs by evaluating key variables that impact the scalability of vial fogging across manufacturing sites. He is the lyo lead for Merck at BioPhorum Operations Group, active member of LyoHUB consortium and co-leads Merck’s
Lyophilization Community of Practice focused on promoting industry best practices for development, scale-up and technology transfer of parenteral injectable drug products.
